The process is customized for each client, but typically involves an individual interview, a highly personalized individual report on the client's psychological and relational strategies, and a short debrief session, which can be followed by implementation sessions in which clients learn to apply their recommendations and acquire new skills. Team reports address how leaders' and team members' patterns interact, and what each can do to increase individual and collective performance.​​​​​​​​​​​
