I work with founders and investors to uncover and manage team-related risks before they derail a company — using a proprietary, evidence-based psychological assessment of how founders perform under stress.​​​

​

The process is customized for each client, but typically involves an individual interview, a highly personalized individual report on the client's psychological and relational strategies, and a short debrief session, which can be followed by implementation sessions in which clients learn to apply their recommendations and acquire new skills. I also work with larger teams and on acquiring talent that will be the right fit as teams grow. Cofounder and team reports address how individuals' patterns interact, including what strengths to exploit and what vulnerabilities to address.​
