I use an evidence-based, proprietary approach to identify the hidden drivers and unconscious barriers that shape how people think, feel, and behave. I draw on attachment theory and theories of information processing, motivated cognition, bounded rationality, negotiation, evolutionary psychology, discourse analysis, and language analysis using computational linguistics and AI; and experience in change management, process redesign, and semantic framing.
